CCST Publishes Final Response to THECB regarding Chapter 7

The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board proposes repealing Chapter 12 of Board rules concerning Career Schools and Colleges, repealing Chapter 7 of Board rules concerning Private and Out-of-State Public Postsecondary Educational Institutions Operating in Texas, and incorporating the provisions of both chapters in a new Chapter 7 concerning Degree Granting Colleges and Universities Other Than Texas Public Institutions.
Attached is a copy of the final CCST response to THECB regarding Chapter 7. Thanks to all those that provided editing, I think it is a much better document as a result of your many inputs.
